Poett
Road Poett Road turnoff to Rum Jungle Lake
- then we found that the first 6klm very corrigated
and unsealed - then the road improved to the end
and the Lake and carpark aboave.
We found the lake a little hard to access and
went to the left side of the bank and apparently
should have ventured right of the carpark.
The lake is very deep - so any swimming is
with great caution and check conditions first
with the local authorities.
